Profile & Team Management

Your Profile page is where you can view and manage your role, shows, team members, and social account connections.

Access & Member Types

As a team Member, you have:

  • Access to all plan features

  • Access to select shows if on Production Plan

  • Access to all shows if on Sales Plan

  • No ability to add additional team members

  • No ability to add additional shows to the team

  • Can request additional Outbound Discovery Credits (Sales Plan only)

As a team Lead, you have:

  • Access to all plan features

  • Access to all shows if on Production Plan

  • Access to all shows if on Sales Plan

  • Ability to add additional team members

  • Ability to add additional shows to the team

  • Ability to approve additional Outbound Discovery Credits (Sales Plan only)

GUIDE: How To Add Team Members

Only team Leads can invite new members to the team.

Go to the Profile page

Visit https://app.jamie-ai.com/profile, or
Select your name on the bottom of the left side navigation menu and select “Profile“

Scroll down to the “TEAM MEMBERS” section

All of your team members are listed, with their show and access types

Select "Add Team Member"

This begins the flow for inviting new team members to your team

Select which access type to grant the new member

Sales Access: grants access to all shows for sales-only features
Production Access: grants access to specific shows, which you select, for production-only features
Sales & Production Access: grants access to sales and production features

Enter the new member's enterprise organization email address

This must match your entrerprise organization's email standard Select "Add another email" to invite more members for the selected access type

Select "Invite Members"

Your invited members will recieve an email link to complete sign-in

PRO TIP

If you have reached your seat limit of eligible team members, select "Request More Seats" and follow the steps to secure additional seats for more team members.

GUIDE: How To Add Shows

Only team Leads can add additional shows to the team.

Go to the Profile page

Visit https://app.jamie-ai.com/profile, or
Select your name on the bottom of the left side navigation menu and select “Profile“

Scroll down to the "SHOW ACCESS" section

All of your team's shows are listed, with their social account connection statuses

Select "Add New Show"

Select "Email support" to send an email inquiry about adding a new show to your team Send the email with your request

Wait for show request approval

Upon approval, you will be notified via email of your newly added shows
