Generate Materials

Jamie generates fully branded decks, campaign reports, sponsorship proposals, one-pagers, and more using real-time data from your content.

This feature is part of the Sales Plan.

Every material is tailored to the style of your current documents and branding, with real data sourced from your show's YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and audio platforms.

Go to the "Generate Materials" page

On the side navigation menu, select "Generate Materials"

Select a material to generate

Select which material you'd like to create from Jamie's list Jamie can generate decks, spreadsheets, and documents

Follow the prompts to generate each material

Sponsorship Proposal Deck

Pitch a brand on a single show or multi-show package, with a proposal deck that is fully branded and customized for the selected show(s) and brand.

Deck includes:

  • Show overview

  • Audience insights

  • Brand-show fit analysis

  • Available sponsorship elements

  • Generated examples of each sponsorship element

  • Appendix with details on all sponsorship elements

Deck template:

Go to the "Generate Materials" page

On the side navigation menu, select "Generate Materials"

Select "Generate deck" for Sponsorship Proposal

This starts the flow for generating a Sponsorship Proposal Deck

OPTIONAL: Add any files or details for context

Upload an RFP, media plan, or any relevant files and add any specific details or instructions
Jamie will extract info, brand name, and show name(s) to use in the deck

OR skip this step to manually select brand and show(s)

Select the brand

Choose which brand to propose
Use the search bar to find a specific brand, or click the arrows to view more pages
If your brand isn't listed, select "Request to Add Brand"

If you added any file/details on the previous step, this step may be skipped

Select your show(s)

Choose which of your show(s) to include in the pitch
Use the search bar to find a specific show, or click the arrows to view more pages
You can select one show or multiple shows for the pitch

If you added any file/details on the previous step, this step may be skipped

Confirm and generate

Review the details and select "Confirm & Generate" Jamie builds the proposal deck for your selected brand and show(s)

View, download, and save

Campaign Wrap Deck

Provide an end-of-flight campaign recap deck that summarizes the campaign's performance, included sponsorship elements, and metrics comparing the quoted impressions to delivered.

Upload your campaign's Insertion Order or manually enter the campaign details, so that Jamie knows all the stats to deliver real proof and insights.

Deck includes:

  • Partnership overview between the show and brand

  • Key campaign stats including budget, impressions, and added media value

  • Campaign overview of all including sponsorship elements

  • Video performance per element (views and listens)

  • Social performance per element (impressions and engagements)

  • Top performing social media elements

  • Audience insights between the show and brand

  • Recap of every included sponsorship element/content

This starts the flow for generating a Campaign Wrap Deck

Upload your IO or enter details manually

Upload the campaign's Insertion Order, and Jamie will extract all the campaign details OR select to "Enter details manually"

Confirm the campaign details

Define or confirm the campaign's show, brand, flight dates, budget, contracted impressions, CPMs, and included sponsorship elements
Select "Generate Deck"

If you uploaded an IO on the previous step, then Jamie pulls the details

Generate the deck

Once the details are all confirmed, select "Generate Deck" Jamie builds the Campaign Wrap Deck with all the performance data

View, download, and save

Brand Call-Back Deck

Pitch a brand based on an organic positive mention from within your content library.

Deck includes:

  • Example of an organic brand mention within your content

  • Example of a proposed host read script in your show for the brand, based on the organic mention

Deck template:

Select the organic brand mention

View organic brand mentions across your content
Sort by Shows or by Brands
Apply any filters or search for a particular show or brand directly
Select the organic mention to use

Generate the deck

Once you've selected the organic brand mention, select "Generate Deck" Jamie builds the Brand Call-Back Deck using the mention as evidence

Show Performance Metrics Report

Get a detailed spreadsheet report spreadsheet on your show's performance from a given week.

Report includes:

  • Audience Growth: including views and reach across all channels

  • Podcast Listening Platforms: breakdown of listens across all platforms

  • Episode Clip Production: number of episodes, clips, and videos

  • YouTube Performance: summary of episode and clip views

  • YouTube Traffic Sources: share of views from particular sources

  • Social Engagement: views and reach across social channels

Select your show

Select which show from your library to report on

Select the date range and download location

Select which week to report on
Select the download location: directly to your computer or to Google Drive

Generate the report

Select "Generate Report" Jamie builds the spreadsheet with your show's performance details for the selected week

Download and view

Once generated, the report is automtically downloaded to your selected location (device or Google Drive)

Episode Registry

Get a canonical index spreadsheet of your episodes across channels for cross-platform analytics and performance reconciliation.

Spreadsheet includes:

  • Shows: show name, YouTube ID, RSS URL, and canonical series ID

  • Episodes: breakdown of leach episode's details with standardized IDs

  • Episode Variants: breakdown of any episode variant's details with standardized IDs

  • Clips: breakdown of any clip's details with standardized IDs

Select which show from your library to report on

Select the month, export format, and download location

Select which month to index
Choose the export format: XLSX or CSV
Select the download location: directly to your computer or to Google Drive

Generate the report

Select "Generate Report" Jamie builds the spreadsheet indexing your show's videos across channels for the selected month

Download and view

Once generated, the report is automtically downloaded to your selected location (device or Google Drive)
